— How it works
Moisture is the story. Infrared finds it.
Mold does not grow without moisture. The problem is that most moisture hides — inside wall cavities, above ceilings, under flooring. An infrared thermal imaging inspection visualizes the subtle temperature differences that damp materials create, so we can locate roof leaks, plumbing leaks, and water intrusion without cutting a single hole.
Thermal imaging is a screening tool, not a verdict. Every suspect pattern is confirmed with calibrated moisture meter readings before it enters your report, and confirmed wet areas become candidates for targeted mold sampling when appropriate.
Infrared moisture mapping
FLIR-class infrared imaging of walls, ceilings, and floors to reveal temperature anomalies consistent with hidden moisture.
Moisture meter verification
Every thermal anomaly is confirmed with pin and pinless moisture meter readings — imaging alone is never the conclusion.
Hidden leak detection
Roof leaks, in-wall plumbing leaks, shower pan failures, window intrusion, and slab moisture located without demolition.
Documented findings
Thermal images and moisture readings are included in your written report, giving contractors and insurers exact locations.
