Post-Remediation Verification
across LA.
After remediation work is complete, post-remediation verification (PRV), also called mold clearance testing, documents accessible visible conditions, moisture status, observations against the available work scope, and any agreed sampling at the inspection time. Mold X does not perform remediation, so this report is prepared separately from the contractor's work. It does not authorize re-occupancy, guarantee future conditions, or determine another party's acceptance.
