Mold Testing
across LA.
Mold testing answers a defined environmental question after visual and moisture findings are reviewed. Air, surface, and dust samples are collected using documented methods and sent to laboratory partners. Air data is considered with collection conditions and an outdoor comparison when the protocol calls for one; surface and dust results are interpreted with the building evidence rather than as a stand-alone pass/fail result.
