Water Damage Inspection
across LA.
After a leak, overflow, or flood, the immediate questions are where water traveled, which materials remain wet, and what needs documented before repairs proceed. Mold X maps accessible moisture conditions, records photographs and measurements, and provides a clear assessment that can support drying decisions and insurance documentation. The inspection does not decide policy coverage or perform repairs.
