Mold Inspection
across LA.

A Mold X mold inspection is a structured, evidence-based assessment of a building's moisture and microbial condition. Certified inspectors document the building envelope, evaluate moisture levels behind finishes using thermal imaging and pin and pinless meters, and identify the conditions that support — or do not support — mold colonization.
