We had a leak and wanted to make sure there wasn't mold behind the wall. Richard used his equipment to check the area and showed us where the moisture was. Really liked how transparent he was throughout the inspection.
Called several places and Mold X was the quickest to respond. They were able to fit me in around my work schedule. Richard came out, inspected the house and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand..
I Was expecting the inspection to be much more expensive. Their pricing was very fair and everything was explained before they started. Richard was patient with all my questions and didn't try to scare me into doing unnecessary testing.
Richard was great. I called in the morning because I was worried about mold and they were able to come out the same day. He checked everything and explained what he was seeing as he went. Very reasonable price too.
