Moisture Detection
across LA.
Mold cannot exist without moisture. Locating and quantifying that moisture is the single most important task of any inspection. Mold X uses FLIR-grade thermal imaging, pin and pinless moisture meters, and hygrometers to map moisture conditions across the entire accessible building envelope without destructive probing.

— Applications
Specialty applications
Each property type carries its own moisture profile. Below are the contexts in which we apply this service.
Thermal Imaging Inspections
Whole-property infrared imaging identifying temperature anomalies indicative of moisture migration.
Infrared Moisture Mapping
Documented moisture maps showing extent and migration patterns of identified water intrusion.
Leak Detection
Source identification for slab leaks, supply-line failures, and roof or window intrusion.
Hidden Moisture Inspections
Targeted assessment of suspected moisture without visible indicators.
Wall Cavity Inspections
Non-destructive evaluation of moisture inside wall, ceiling, and floor cavities.
