HVAC & Ductwork Inspection
across LA.

HVAC systems are the single most common reservoir of indoor mold growth and the single most efficient distribution mechanism for spores throughout a building. Mold X performs targeted HVAC moisture and microbial assessment including evaporator coils, condensate pans and drain lines, supply and return duct interiors, plenums, and air-handler closets — the full path moisture and biological contamination travels.
