Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 2026

Our commitment

Mold X Inspectors is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our website and reporting deliverables.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Measures taken

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
  • Sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements
  • Keyboard navigation support across all interactive components
  • Descriptive link text and alternative text for meaningful images
  • ARIA labels and landmarks where appropriate
  • Responsive design that supports browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content
  • Form fields with visible labels and clear error messages
  • No content that flashes more than three times per second

Inspection report accessibility

Our written inspection reports are produced as accessible PDFs with tagged structure, alternative text on photographic exhibits, and screen-reader-readable tables. If you require a report in an alternative format — large print, plain-text summary, or audio narration — please contact our office and we will provide it at no additional cost.

In-person inspection accommodations

Our inspectors are available to accommodate clients with mobility, hearing, vision, or cognitive disabilities. Sign-language interpretation, plain-language verbal summaries, written communication during the inspection, and additional time for explanation are all available on request when scheduling.

Known limitations

Some third-party embedded content (maps, video players, social media widgets) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working to identify accessible alternatives or supplemental access methods for these elements.

Feedback and contact

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of this website and our inspection services. If you encounter accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

  • Phone: 877-545-1100
  • Email: info@moldxinspectors.com
  • Mail: Mold X Inspectors, Glendale, CA 91204

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within two business days.

Formal complaints

Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Unruh Civil Rights Act govern accessibility obligations in California. We encourage anyone with concerns to contact us first so we can resolve issues directly. Formal complaints may also be filed with the U.S. Department of Justice or the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing.
