Expert Witness & Litigation Reports
across LA.

Mold X provides inspection, documentation, report review, and expert-witness services for property-condition disputes and insurance or construction matters. Engagements begin with a conflict check and written scope. Reports preserve observations, photographs, measurements, sampling records, and stated limitations so counsel and other reviewers can evaluate the evidence. The work provides an environmental opinion within scope, not legal advice or a conclusion about liability.
